Yeek’s “Sebastian” is the vessel to take you to your best on your worst days

Earlier this year L.A. based artist Yeek released the EP Sebastian following his impressive debut from 2015.

The EP is a showcase of his diverse genre fluidity, incorporating a variety of influences to ultimately create a blend of many sounds – including the up-rhythm folk vibed “Shake”, into the highlight of the album, “The Left”. Here he slows down and strips back the narrative through a poignant transition bridging two sides of the song together.

Amid the smooth transitions and bottomless basket of sounds is a voice of many sides, adhering to a variety of listeners which becomes into Yeek’s greatest strength.

The tape is one of our favourites of 2017, listen to it here via Spotify.
